Defective, Damaged, or Mis-shipped Items


If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you are eligible for a full refund. Please provide Customer Service with clear photographs of the issue. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will need photos of the damaged packaging, along with "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier to process the refund.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues or Customs Charges


If the package is returned because of an incorrect delivery address or refusal of delivery by the recipient, neither the cost of the goods nor the shipping fees will be refunded.
