Shipping Method
We are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our warehouse team begins processing and preparing your order immediately after it's placed. In order to avoid any delays, please double-check the COLOR, SIZE, and STYLE of the items before completing your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, so it's important to ensure everything is correct at the time of checkout.
Please note that multi-item orders may not always ship together, depending on stock availability and warehouse processing. This means that different items within your order could arrive at different times.
We also want to clarify that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Additionally, weekend delivery is not available, as our shipping partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
To ensure your order arrives on time, we work with a variety of trusted delivery partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the carrier's information along with your unique tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times can vary depending on several factors, including the shipping method selected, the destination, and the time of year. Generally, once your order has been processed and shipped, it can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive.It depending on your location and the carrier used. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays with the carrier. To help you track your order, a tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress until it arrives.
PROCESSING TIME
Order Timing: Orders placed before 9 AM PST Monday through Friday are generally processed and shipped out the same day. However, during busy periods such as holidays or sales events, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping: If your order is placed after 9 AM PST on a Friday, it will not ship until the following business day. Shipping carriers do not pick up on weekends or holidays, so please plan accordingly.
Tracking Updates: After your order has been packed and is ready for pick-up by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after you've received the email, as carriers sometimes need additional time to scan and process the package.
